Secure
Identify credible power. Secure the right sites with room to grow.
GENERAL INTELLIGENCE INFRASTRUCTURE
Intelligence.
At scale.
Building the infrastructure
for the age of AI.
FIND POWER. BUILD COMPUTE. OPERATE THE NETWORK.
THE NEXT INDUSTRIAL ERA
Intelligence is advancing.
It needs a physical world
that can keep up.
Power. Land. Engineering. Compute.
We bring them together to build the infrastructure
that makes the next era possible.
GROUNDED IN POWER. BUILT FOR POSSIBILITY.
A new era.
A new kind of
infrastructure.
Our ambition is a network of modular AI data centres, developed around real power and connected through Forge.

01 / PHYSICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
From available power
to extraordinary potential.
We secure powered sites, develop modular AI data centres and build towards long-term operation. Every project starts with evidence. Every deployment is designed to scale.
Designed for scale.GII CAMPUS / CONCEPT VISUALISATION
Develop
Bring power, planning, connectivity and customer requirements together.
Deploy
Deliver modular infrastructure against verified economics and demand.
Operate
Serve compute customers and improve every subsequent deployment.
02 / THE INTELLIGENCE LAYER
One platform.
Every stage.
Forge is the intelligence layer we are building for physical AI infrastructure. It connects site evidence, development decisions and operating knowledge so each project makes the next one better.

See the opportunity.
Unify site information, grid evidence and local constraints to find credible routes to compute.
Connect the decisions.
Bring technical diligence, engineering, procurement and commercial requirements into one project picture.
Improve with every node.
Build a shared body of delivery and operating knowledge across the GII network.
03 / PEOPLE WHO BUILD
Great infrastructure.
Exceptional builders.
The next era will be built by people who know how to deliver. We partner with specialist teams and intend to selectively acquire businesses that improve the speed, cost and reliability of deployment.

THE GII NETWORK
Many sites.
One ambition.
A portfolio of expandable compute nodes.
Shared expertise. Enduring operating relationships.
We match each location to the power, economics and workloads it can serve, building a network that grows project by project.
